The Finishing Touches

As October comes swiftly to a close the blog is going through it's finishing touches.

Things like members pictures are being added as well as other little details here and there.
Soon the blog will be hosted on the SMC blog site also we will start having members posting so the posts won't just be me talking to you. I am hoping to get some pictures and video of our rehearsals to give you a behind the scenes look into Mike Check so look forward to those soon. Hope that you have a great Halloween!

Meet the 2011-2012 face of Mike Check

Friday Night Dry!

Yesterday was the first Mike Check rehearsal since the end of the SMC long weekend. It was spent preparing for our first concert of the year: Friday Night Dry. Friday Night Dry is a night full of activities to give students something to do in an attempt to prevent drinking. It has always been Mike Checks first official concert of the academic year and we here at Mike Check are always excited to perform. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Updates

A couple more updates to the blog such as pictures in the members section and adding in our Upcoming Shows will be coming within the next week or so, so look forward to that in the meantime here's a picture of the Mike Check currency:

We are currently updating the Meet Mike Check section. After that we will be working on Upcoming preformance section. We are expecting everything to be finished by Monday.

Coming Along

If you have noticed, the blog has come a long way since the last post. Right now we at Mike Check are getting all the necessary information in order to post all the tasting Mike Checky goodness. We are getting all of our members to right up their Bios so that you can learn about the men of Mike Check. Also setting up our repertoire page which will take a tad long, mainly due to the immense box of music that needs to be sorted through.

Videos will be uploaded as soon as they have been processed on the official Mike Check Youtube page. After all of that has been completed, all our members will be added to the blog as contributors and you will receive nice posts from our wonderful singers. I'm hoping that the blog will go fully live by Friday. Thank you for being patient while we gather all of our necessary information!
